Warranty terms and conditions

Evidence Network LTD – the seller, grants a warranty for the goods, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, starting from the date of Invoice.

 

1.The seller provides:

  • Repair of goods – free of charge, replacement of the defective components in the laboratory conditions (Latvia, Riga, Latgales str. 227), as well as consulting of the customers on the whole period of warranty. All requests could be sent via e-mail (support@evidence.lv for Latvia / support@e-vidence.lt for Lithuania) or via service ticket system tickets.evidence.lv
  • Free consulting if there were no manual in the goods box
  • Exchange of damaged devices, in case of non-repairable conditions, was determined
  • Repair request via ticket system – tickets.evidence.lv

2.The seller can refuse a warranty in case of:

  • The mechanical damage to the goods was found;
  • Found violations of the seal on the product;
  • Unauthorized repair of the goods was detected;
  • It was found that the connection of the goods did not correspond to the instructions;
  • In case of damage to the goods associated with natural and/or natural disasters;
  • Damage resulting from incorrect storage of goods;
  • Damage resulting from exposure to insects and/or harmful/aggressive substances, and/or from exposure to high humidity;
  • Damage and / or defect caused by uneven voltage supply to power the device

 

3.The seller can refuse a warranty in case of:

  • Delivery of the damaged device/product is provided by the buyer;
  • The product cannot be replaced if the case is damaged;
  • The elimination of the defect is made within 10-20 working days. If it is necessary to order additional components, a separate agreement is made on the timing of the repair;
  • The warranty does not cover consumables, as well as replaced components and/or repair work in the event of natural wear and tear, in case of insufficient supervision of the product or its use for other purposes.
